We’re moving on – and embarking on a new food and drink adventure – just up the road!
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Butchers Arms over the last five years and thank every one of our customers for making it the warm, friendly and successful gastropub it has become.
We’ve always wanted to make our own mark and run our own independent family business so we’re venturing just up the road – and we’d love you to come and find us again.
Our new business, The Spiced Pear Hepworth (formerly Cragrats and The Hepworth Restaurant) on the Sheffield Road, is very much a family concern, and we’re so excited about all the possibilities the new venue will bring.
Whilst our award-winning seasonal cooking, local beers and warm Yorkshire welcome will remain the same at The Spiced Pear Hepworth; exciting plans include a new vintage tearoom with fabulous views, which will be open for morning coffee, brunch, light lunches and delicious afternoon teas. A high end dining experience will be at the heart of the new business, which will include Tasting and A La Carte Menus. Our classy cocktail bar will be West Yorkshire’s new place to mix and mingle!
We’ll keep you posted with our plans to develop our boutique bedrooms so you can escape for a night or two and enjoy our hospitality at The Spiced Pear Hepworth.
