A la Carte

As with any establishment serious about food the a la carte menu is a real statement of intent. This is very much the case at The Butchers Arms, Hepworth. Chef proprietor Timothy Bilton has very quickly built a strong reputation and following for his modern take on British dishes using quality locally sourced ingredients all served up in the cosy friendly atmosphere of this destination 'gastro' pub.

All our beef is carefully selected from continental cross from herds of 30 months and under. Our Yorkshire Beef comes from two extremely reputable Yorkshire abattoirs: John Penny & Sons at Rawdon (who sources beef from the southern Yorkshire Dales and A.B.P. Ltd (who source our beef from around the vale of York and the Yorkshire Wolds)
